This shelf has a great smooth surface and is 3/4" thick. It measures 19-1/8" x 23-1/4" and gives 2.72 square feet of firing surface

When two of these half shelves are used to create a full firing surface they offer 5.44 square feet of firing surface, which is slightly more than our single shelf.

2350°F maximum temp, 1288°C maximum use.
